Cleans
drilled & tapped holes - Ensures operator safety -
Maintains job and work place clean
How does the
Blind Hole cleaner work?
These devices utilize the principle of "pressurised backlash".
Compressed air is directed into the hole through a blast nozzle.
A rubber bush seals the hole opening, causing the air to create
a turbulence / vortex which loosens stubborn chips, metal
particles and oil particles from the hole.
The "exhaust
air" containing chips / metal & oil particle
is allowed to exit via extraction hose through a "restricted"
opening provided between the bush and blast nozzle into an
air purging cum dust collection washable bag away from the
operator / job, thereby maintaining operator safety and work
place clean.
Blind hole cleaners are available
in two types:-
1. Blast Jet without vacuum
2. Blast jet with vacuum

Type: Blast
jet with vacuum
The basic principle
of operation is as above except that the rubber bush is replaced
with a plastic see through pipe through which compressed air
is directed inside through a flexible tube and the "exhaust
air" containing chips / metal & oil particle loosened
particles are sucked simultaneously
