Bands / Disc’s / Abrasive Sleeves consist of a single ply
of coated abrasive material, mounted spirally on a backing
cloth. These are manufactured to a close tolerance to fit
on a rubber holder / drum which expands on rotation. Sleeves
provide smooth, consistent cut and finish in both wet and
dry
Spiral
bands are recommended for removing imperfections, parting
lines and burrs on curved, contoured or hard to reach areas
with high-speed pneumatic or electric grinders.

Fix Disc [Coated] / Surface Conditioning Disc [Non Woven]
provides a unique combination of aggressive performance, long
life and improved finish. Aluminum Oxide Abrasive with a tough
scrim reinforced backing can replace products such as steel
wool, wire brushes and conventional coated abrasives to give
a consistent repeatable finish. Available in coarse, medium

Grindline Conditioning -
Coarse grindlines and milling or sawing marks often leave burrs
left by cutting tools or conventional abrasives are quickly
removed to leave a smooth, refined surface. They also help reduce
the number of steps needed to produce the required finish
Cleaning
/ Paint & Coating Removal -
Are an excellent alternative to wire brushes, Rapidly and thoroughly
remove existing paint and coatings to generate a smooth, uniform
surface that provides excellent adhesion for new coatings.
